Terms and Conditions
- Your accounts are payable on presentation and your signature on this registration card is authorization for use of the credit card on file for payment of your account. You agree that your liability for this bill is not waived and to be responsible for any charges that indicated person or other third party billed fails to pay.
- This registration card and all disclaimers displayed in various areas of Hotel constitute the entire agreement between us.
- When you check in, an incidental deposit of THB3,000 is required and will be collected by cash or credit card. Deposit will be returned within two weeks of your departure date.
- All our guest rooms are non-smoking rooms. There will be an additional cleaning fee of THB4,000 if you chose to smoke inside the room.
- Vehicles are parked at your own risk. Please ensure that your vehicle is properly secured and that no valuables are left inside. The Hotel does not accept any liability in relation to the use of the car park.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your own safety and that of all persons with you. The Hotel will not be responsible for any losses or personal injuries that you, or any persons with you, may suffer, including for loss of money, loss of or damage to valuables or personal items in your guest room, vehicles. and other parts of the Hotel.
- For your convenience, we have provided electronic safe in your room. The use of the safe is solely at your risk and discretion. The Hotel will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to any of your personal items in the room, including contents placed in the safe.
- For the safety and protection of all guests, visitors are not permitted to stay overnight without Hotels permission. If permitted, the visitor(s) are required to register at the Hotels reception desk and you or the visitor may required to pay a supplemental charge.
- The standard check-in time is at 08:00 am - 12:00 pm local time on arrival date
- Check-out time is at 12:00 pm local time. Late check-outs may be arranged subjected to availability. Late check-out after 17:00 will be charged at 50% of room rate and after 19:00 pm will be charged at a full days room rate (additional tax and service charges apply)
- We are gathering your personal data to perform the hospitality contract, as required by law and to provide you better service.

Check-in time is 08:00 AM onwards
Check-out time is prior to 12:00PM (the program ends around 9:00-10:00am)

Payment policy
- The payment can be made upon your arrival at TANYASAMUI.
Cash, credit cards, and bank transfer are accepted. However, credit cards are accepted with a 3% surcharge.

Cancellation policy
- No cancellations fee for clients with booking with check-in on December 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 as our facilities are not yet completed (as of December 1, 2022)
- Cancellations fee applies for check-in for booking with check-in on July 1, 2023 - November 30, 2023
- Cancellations made 21 days before check-in date is free of charge
- Cancellations made 14 days before check-in date will be charged at 30% of total booking revenue
- Cancellations made 7 days before check-in date will be charged at 50% of total booking revenue
- Cancellations made 6 days or less before check-in date will be charged at 100% of total booking revenue. Same applies to no show.
